Just received this from email address "se****e@paypal.com" with the reply to address "noreply13@hmigrat". Clearly a scam. Thought everyone should be aware of it.

It scares me to think how many people (mostly elderly) fall for these scams.
It's a very lucrative business. What's even more scary is how that revenue is used.

Nothing new. I've gotten at least a few dozen of those over the years.
Still, good for people who believe these things to know. And why, precisely, it should be recognized as a scam.
