Apple's Hearing Aid in Belarus

I bought AirPods Pro 2 for my father a couple of weeks ago, anticipating the release of Apple's Hearing Aid feature. After updating to iOS 18.1 and 7B19 for the headphones, we noticed that the feature still wasn’t available.

After checking, we found that this feature isn’t available in Belarus.

Is there any chance it will become available here soon? Or is there a workaround to enable it, such as traveling to a country where the feature is supported? (This approach once worked for me with Apple Watch and ECG feature.)
