Does iTunes 12.13.4 still provide sync support for Windows 10 Outlook's contacts and calendars?

For three years Apple has been warning us that future versions of iTunes will not have the current syncing functionality with Windows 10 Outlook. A heads up as to what that future version that might be would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I stopped upgrading iTunes at V12.13.1.3 and have just left it alone.

I apply iOS updates directly to my iPhone without using iTunes

I have an iPhone 13 Pro currently at iOS 17.7.0 and Outlook 2021

They still sync. not sure what will happen when I upgrade to iOS 18.x

I agree a "roadmap" would be very nice!
