Fraudulent charges credit card

My daughter stole my credit card details and racked up over $1900 worth of charges. I asked for a refund and then a review and I’ve just been told the decline request has been denied. Seriously she is a minor and cannot enter into contracts.

Dispute the charges with your bank, since they are the ones that approved the charges. Claiming theft or fraud may require a police report, but that will be up to your bank. Merchants are not responsible for charges due to fraud, your daughter could have done the same thing by making a charge to any company and the outcome would be the same.

If your daughter added the card details to her phone, then it is still the bank that approves it. Apple does not have the information needed to approve/deny a card added to a phone, but your bank does.
