Random highlights in Books

Hi,

I keep having this bug in Apple Books (on Mac only) where I can't select or highlight the text I want. It randomly selects the words, I can't backtrack to previous sentences and it doesn't stop the selection on the word I want. Don't know if that makes sense so I recorded it:

I can't seem to find a way to contact Apple about it.
