Why isn't a valid payment portal working?

For several years I have used the same online payment portal that is connected to my checking account to pay a monthly bill using my Macbook Air (Ventura 13.0.1) My address and billing information haven't changed, nor are there changes in regard to the payee's information. Does anyone have ideas as to why it suddenly won't let me process a payment? I have tried numerous times over the last several days.

Is there a specific reason for using " Macbook Air (Ventura 13.0.1) " released Dec 13, 2022 ?


I do not seem to be dismissive but really ?


Update the computer to current Ventura 13.7.1


About the security content of macOS Ventura 13.7.1


While you are at it.


There's is also an update for Safari to version 18.1

Always make a Time Machine Backup  before doing any upDates.

I can only say, the login process does pickup my " Auto Fill Function " for passwords and email address


That is a far as I could possible go.


Tested running macOS 15.1 Sequoia and using Safari 18.1 with one Safari extension for blocking ads
