watch body temperature data not showing in health app, but data is viewable in iphone health app settings

The data is being collected but not shared to health app. Data can be manually seen on Iphone via the following path:

Settings-> Apps -> Health -> Data Access and Devices -> Devices -> Apple Watch -> Body Measurements -> Wrist Temperature.

I turned on Sleep Focus, enabled wrist Temperature in privacy, and set a full weekly sleep schedule on October 29th. At the above path I see data from Oct 30th to today, Nov 7th, however there is no data in the health app Body Temperature field. As well, when opening the Body Temperature section and opening Data sources and access, there is NONE displayed in the data sources field.

please help!
