I really like the new iMac, but I won't get one until Apple brings back the 27" iMac. I had read a while back that it looked like they would in the future, but they still have not. Is there an Apple representative that monitors this community who can provide a response whether or not this might happen any time in the future even if it is two, three or five years out?

+1 Apple is simply the hosts to these user to user forums. They do not read or post on these forums. In addition, speculation is not allowed per the Terms of Use we all agreed to (yes, you too) so please don't ask questions like you have.
Finally, if you want a 27" Mac, why not simply buy an Apple Mac mini and add either a 5K or 4K 27" display?
There is no downside to doing so and if you already own a Mac you can re-use your keyboard and mouse.
I don't know where you read they "would in the future" but there hasn't been even a hint from Apple that is the case. There are always rumor sites that make statements like, "Apple may be working on a 32" iMac, or they are thinking of a new iMac Pro". That's all it is, rumors and conjecture.

I'm still waiting for the Apple Car.
My coffee mug + warmer idea will make Apple tons of real money instead of this doozy-duck Apple Vision Pro - Apple which will never make a single dime.

The already have it sort of. It's the 27" Studio Display with either the Mac Mini or the Mac Studio.
You can get a blazing Mac Mini with a 27" 4K monitor w/speakers for about what the Studio Display will cost.

How about never? It’s the most likely scenario.
They’re pushing the 27” monitor of theirs, so I wouldn’t hold my breath. They won’t even sell 27” iMacs in the refurbished section.
