How to turn off internal alert saying Focus is currently activated both in iPhone and Mac?

I’ve taken a lot of time to automate my Focus to activate when I’m using certain apps for work or creativity, so that I’m not disturbed. However, every time I toggle between multiple apps that share the automation, I receive an alert that Focus has turned off, and then back on. It’s become very distracting, and defeated the purpose of the Focus. Is there a way I can turn off the internal alert that says my Focus is currently activated? Both on iPhone and Mac.
