MacBook Pro Not Waking from Sleep Without Force Restart on macOS Ventura
Why does my MacBook Pro (macOS Ventura) occasionally not wake from sleep unless I force restart it?
Have you installed and run any "cleaning", "optimizing", "speed-up", anti-virus or VPN apps on your Mac?
Many users don't sleep their Macs but just use the Screensaver and let it go to black after a set time. That works around a number of sleep issues that have been posted in these forums.
