My apple account balance currently has about HK$200, but when I tried to add my apple account to apple wallet, it displayed nothing except "Debit or Crdit Card", "Travel Card" and "Previous Cards".

Funds in Apple Account are specifically for use online at apple.com and in physical Apple Retails Stores. Funds cannot be transferred from an Apple Account to a cash or cash equivalent account. In most countries this would be considered a form of money laundering. Please review the Apple Support article I linked to below that explains how the funds in Apple Account may be used.
