Hi, I just bought a Mac Mini M4 and I would like to purchase a Mini Remote to be able to turn on my Mac from being totally turned off or under sleep mode and also be able to use a remote control for navigating Apple Tv app, music, pics, etc. I don't see any available yet but I think its an essential use for Apple computers and also Macbooks.

they used to my imac 2011 came with a remote, since then no mac computers have ir receivers so if they could make a new remote it would have to be a totally wireless/bluetooth one, doubt they would, best would be adding it as features to the remote app on ios devices
or look toward third party options, don't believe it would be possible to work if fully turned off
