Today my App Store says your password for your account is incorrect, then has someone else’s iCloud email…

so I bought this phone last week. Owner said he had one iCloud account I watched him remove it , reset the phone completely , and then I started the phone up and made an iCloud that I linked to this phone. My iCloud is in the settings as the only iCloud on the device .

eveything was working completely fine , no issues at all for a week. Today I turn my phone on, and the App Store says “ your password for your account *iCloud email that isn’t mine , or the one the guy removed from the iphone* I can’t get this to go away I can’t correct this password , if I click cancel I can’t update any apps of download any. It still says my iCloud is the only one on the app the App Store has my Initials In the bubble display photo. But this strange iCloud email is preventing me from doing anything In the App Store . My phone is updated fully and I don’t know how to get this rogue iCloud email off my App Store . What’s happening here ? And how did this just randomly show up on my phone? It was working fine for a week I’ve been using it downloading apps without issue until today? I haven’t done anything to the phone or let anyone use it . If I click forgot password it says use code to unlock iPhone , guys screen code was 6*****7 I seen him put it in when he reset it and he also told me he his code was 6*****7 … I put that into the forgot password part and it says incorrect . Cab soneone help me plz I am so confused and this is really ruining my day. .. I NEEED to download zoom I have video court and I can’t download zoom. This is honestly gonna be a huge setback for my court situation . I’ll do anything to make this work at this point . I need to be in video court today and this phone was gonna be and is my only way to do it

. In panicking and freaking out becuase they will bench warrant me if im a no show and they won’t accept a phone call I have to video if I do not video in I am most likely going back to jail and I haven’t been approved god legal aid etc so I don’t have a lawyer yet. This is really upsetting …

As I told you, by deleting all the apps that the previous owner installed on the phone.

An App Store app is forever tied to the Apple Account used to acquire it (paid or free). The Apple Account is encoded into the licensed copy that is downloaded. It is in the copy's DNA. That is the only Apple Account that can redownload or update the app.

The situation you describe can happen if there are apps (or media purchases) on the device that were installed (or downloaded) under a different Apple Account, and they need updating or re-downloading. The best way to resolve this is to delete the item(s) requesting the update and then download it again using the Apple Account signed in with the device. You may have to repurchase the item with your new Apple Account.

This phone was fully reset I watched him remove his account take off find my iPhone and reset the phone. I then took over the phone and during start up I made a iCloud account for myself on the phone . And that is the only ones that’s been signed in. the App Store worked that day and continued to for 5 days . On day six when I posted this , there is a different account on the App Store , it says ur password is incorrect then has someone else’s account iCloud email…. I don’t know who’s.. I don’t know how this happened . My phone hasn’t been I. Anyone else’s hands …. And the App Store is STIL saying wrong password . It’s not my account on the App Store now ? How the heck did this happen , how do I get the account off the App Store so I can download and update my apps??? I can’t reset whoever’s iCloud password this is it wants to get a phone number ending in *** **** **11 but I don’t know who’s phone that is or how it’s on here “ it’s not the old owners his number ends in. 65 … what the **** is happening with this phone and how do I remove this … and again o. Settings my iCloud is there only mine

but in App Store sone strange iCloud is preventing me from using the App Store by saying wrong password and I cannot get it to go away. Plz help me this is iPhone 11 it warranty was up probably over a year ago I don’t know what to do ? Ive had it now only a week …

It’s already been reset there is no apps on this phone from him , what don’t u understand that it’s been reset . There is nothing of his on the device
