How to request a refund for my purchase?

I am writing to request a refund for my recent purchase from your store. I purchased [product name/description] on [purchase date], but unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations due to [briefly mention reason, such as quality, defect, or wrong item received].


I have attached a copy of my receipt and any relevant order details for your reference. The item is in its original condition, and I am ready to return it as per your store's policy.

The link provided in a previous post is for items from the app or media stores. Some information was removed from your post because it contained private information, so I have no idea what it was you purchased. Since you say it was in original condition (apps don't wear out) that makes me think it was some kind of hardware. I purchased the one vpn subscription vip by mistake i dont need this vpn express its subscription make by mistake i added vpn link and some screen shots after subscription i received by vpn team its not my working product expresss vpn please reclaim and refund and i dont know after 7 days free trail its subscription renewed automatically thankyou for your help This vpn subscription i will tell u

Here's how to request an app or media refund from Apple (From: Request a refund for apps or content that you bought from Apple - Apple Support - see the article for more detail.) If you bought this in the EU from a third party, see: About purchases not billed through the App Store or the App Store’s In-App Purchase system - Apple Support instead.

1. Sign in to https://reportaproblem.apple.com

2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription using the directions in this article --> If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support
