Fidget proof child size AppleWatch band for my slim 10yr old.

We had hoped to avoid a smartwatch or phone until high school, but the club/activities schedule in middle school changes daily, and often, students are only made aware of the changes during morning announcements. This leads me to need to get my 10-year-old an Apple watch to communicate with me when he needs a ride home. My ADHD kiddo fidgets ALOT and every other watch has ended up off his wrist, lost somewhere. I'm looking for a watch band that will comfortably fit my son's wrist and not be too easily removed. The stretchy ones end up being played with like a scrunchy on the wrist, and the bulky silicone ones are chewed, or popped off, and misplaced. Has anyone had any luck with this? Looking forward to hearing your suggestions.
