Confirming Family Sharing Acct when my Apple ID is different than the Subscriptions ID

HI There,

I pay for the Family version of Apple One but it's not being shared. In settings y Family Sharing says Confirm Account and I put a different cc in to see if that works and it's still showing up to Confirm. When I click on it the only thing being shared with my family is iCloud+.

My Apple ID on my phone is different than the Apple ID for my Subscriptions.

How do I confirm the acct when my Apple ID for subscriptions is different than my main Apple ID thats my name?
