purchased watch at apple, was first on verizon, and then on xfinity until this week, now xfinity says its locked by verizon even though has been working on xifinity for several years....help. trying to give to my mom for fall prevention.

Contact Verizon to have them unlock the device. You account is probably closed so you may not be able to contact their support by phone or online. You may have to stop into a Verizon store to. Get it unlocked. Most carriers take 24 to 72 hours to unlock, once the process begins.
