My iCloud files will work fine on my Mac. However, they won't open on iPad and iPhone. I have done updates, reboot, Hard reboot, but still get the Sorry, cont open file at this time message. Anyone have a fix?

Have you enabled what you need enabled on the iPad in iCloud to open the files.
What kind of files are you trying to use? To get Excel files to open on your iPhone, you'd need the Excel app on the phone, for instance.
Do picture files open on your iPhone? What exactly happens?
