Apple Music in Android - Family Sharing (Credit / Debit Cards issue)

Hi, I am from India and having Apple Music Subscription in Android Ecosystem. Likewise my family members are also having android phones. When i try to do Family Sharing, Its asking me to enter debit / credit card details to start Family Sharing, whereas in India, we only have UPI / Netbanking Payment options. No Credit / Debit cards option.

How can i enable Family sharing. Pls help.
