I my self and my child were apart of a family account. The current organizer no longer has access to her phone due to being medically impaired. I created my own family account and cannot get my child’s account added. Help.

In order to transfer a child to a different Family Account, it requires the Organizer's approval. If it did not work this way, then a child could simply ask anyone else to create a family plan to remove them from your family plan. That would be a huge security failure and this site would be flooded with complaints that their child was able to bypass the screen time settings they had put on their child.
