  • CleanMyMac still showing processes in the Launch Folder
  • CleverFiles/DiskDrill remains as a Kernel Extension
  • No details about Samsung drive.
  • Is the SeagateStorageDriver Extension still used, or was it from a previous configuration.

All those are directly related to spotlight indexing with the mds store processes. It also concerns me that the avid software that is installed is not a signed version. Not sure if this is due to where you got the installer, but the software is normally signed by Avid. As the report show, unsigned files should be reviewed.

<< disk6 - Samsung PSSD T7 Shield 4.00 TB (Solid State - TRIM: No) >>

you have not enabled TRIM for the huge third-party storage drive you are using.

use the terminal command:

sudo trimforce enable

...to enable trim. A programmed restart will be required. Later, when you run Repair disk against that Volume, HUGE numbers of deleted data block can actually be released, speeding up that drive enormously.

In addition to removing CleanMyMac, also remove the CleverFiles/Disk Drill application using the uninstaller, so the kernel extension is also removed. You have 2 Launch Agents that need to be removed as they point to a file that is no longer available. This was likely the result of moving the application to the trash without running the uninstaller to delete those files. This is the location of the 2 files to delete:

~/Library/LaunchAgents/local.launch.signiantapp.plist

~/Library/LaunchAgents/mega.mac.megaupdater.plist

After that is done, repost the EtreCheck report.
