Can't add my virtual Visa Gold card to Apple Wallet

I can't add a virtual VISA Gold card for 5 years to Apple Wallet. The problem appeared after I temporarily logged in under a different Apple ID and didn't save the cards I used in Wallet. After that, I couldn't add the card. There was a message "Invalid card". I checked the data many times and contacted the bank. The bank's technical support service said that there were no problems on their side and that the card should work and be added. I also have 3 more cards from the same bank, which are perfectly added to Wallet on any device (iPhone SE 2020 iOS 18.01, iPhone 6, iPad).

What bank issued the Visa Gold card? Invalid card is an error message Apple receives from either the bank or from Visa. If your bank says they didn’t send the message, it was Visa that is blocking the card from being entered into your Wallet.

Please contact your banks support team and explain that Apple does not approve or decline cards or declare them invalid. That information is sent to the bank and Visa. If the bank didn’t send the invalid card error message it was Visa. Apple doesn’t have standing with Visa. You are not Apple customer. You are the banks customer and the bank needs to talk to Visa to clear up the situation. If you call Visa, Visa will immediately tell you to call the bank. Your bank has to clear this up with Visa, no one else can do it.

I explain this almost every day here to one person or another and I know how the banks are. The first tier support has not clue how Apple Pay works and how cards are added to Apple Wallet or any electronic Wallet. Have your service issue escalated to a higher level of their customer support.
