Apple Watch Notification not displaying

I recently upgraded from a Watch 9 to the Watch 10. The apps where I've got Allow Notification to Notification Centre with Sounds and Badges turned on without having Banners or Lock Screen enabled, dont alert me on my watch.

This never used to be an issue on my watch 9. Eg: Google Chat - Ive always had only the Notification Centre enabled under Allow Notification with Sounds and Banners enabled and it was still alerted me on the watch 9.

However in the Watch 10, yes i get them on my phone Notification Centre but it does not alert me on my watch. I've forced shut down the phone and the watch and also completely restored the watch and still nothing.

I know that when im using my phone, notifications wont come through to my watch but in this case, I am not using the phone and still alerts dont get pushed through to my watch.

If it turn on Allow Notification with Banners and Lock Screen, it alerts me on my watch. I only want Notification Centre enabled so my messages dont pop up on my phone as its usually never with me but I still want it to alert me on my watch like it used to.

Please help? Ive tried everything i can.
