Using Artist io free version

I have just started doing a bit of drone filming and would like to ad music to the final edit in iMovie. I have been told that Artist.io has a free version where one can get lots of different types of tunes to download, but having subscribed, I don't see any way of downloading music, (that doesn't have a voice advertising the product every 30 secs or so). Utterly useless. There are various subscription versions but I don't won't to pay £8.50/month for something I might use only a few times a year. Does anyone have any experience of this website?

The free version including the trial contains the watermarked music you are experiencing. You would need a paid subscription. You can find this information on the companies website:

Hi Jim, OK thanks very much for the really quick response. I'd rather suspected that free comes with a caveat, so no surprise there. It's just that the person who said it is such a useful resource, never mentioned this rather important detail. So I shall have to consider my options!
