Having 2 iWatches have the Steps from Pedometer be added together no matter what Watch you are wearing

If I buy a second iWatch, one for working in the yard(an SE) and one for going out for business(iWatch 10),

can I have the Steps from Pedometer be added together no matter what Watch you are wearing and have the toal for the day showing on the watch that I am wearing. In other words, having either watch show the daily total for steps from both watches.
