How to set Finder global preferences in MacOS Sonoma
How to set a finder global setting (for ALL the folders)? I wanna have all my folders opened with list view and group by kind

in the Finder view options, you can set that view setting list as the default, but it will only act on folders you have not already set to something else.
and, if you change a window away from whatever your default view is, it will retain those settings.
