Your Apple Account card is used exclusively for purchases related to Apple products and services. You can think of it as a virtual gift card. It can only be used internally with Apple and cannot be transferred to another person or account.
Apple Cash is for sending and receiving funds from family and friends. It can also be used at merchants that accept Apple Pay (Tap-To-Pay) and Visa.
