I got the phone from my uncle but when he give it to me he it had an Apple ID on and when I asked for the password for it he couldn’t remember it, we even tried resetting it on our own but the number and account he once’s used he was no longer using it

He will need to remember his Apple ID password or request an account recovery process to get back into the iPhone, there is no other way.
