My spanish keyboard layout is not available on my input sources options of spanish (not even by adding)

Hi, I have a Mac book air 13" 2018 with Mojave. My keyboard is Spanish but the two options that appear under Spanish in input sources don't match it. What I think I figured out is that my physical keyboard is the spanish ISO from Spain, and the Spanish ISO I have as an option to choose on input sources is the Spanish ISO from Latin America. How can I solve this? I live in Argentina and my region is Latin America. Thank You!
