How do I get into my old iCloud???

Hey all! So I really want to get into my old iCloud so I can get my photos, unless there is another way. But really I just want everything that belongs to that iCloud. I had it FOREVER. I think I know the password but it’s still making verify it’s me. I don’t have access to my old phone number, and I don’t have access to my old email. I even went as far as to call my email company. They told me that after a year (it’s been over two years) of not opening that email, it deactivates. I don’t care about my old emails. I much want to get into my iCloud. Then they wanted to me pay almost $13 A MONTH and could not guarantee to get EMT me in there JUST TO GRT THE CODE! The last option for verification is to enter my debit card information. Welllll, I don’t have that card anymore either. After all of those “I don’t have access to…” clicks, it said that I am unable to get into this account. NOOOO I’m not taking no for an answer. PLEASE HELP!!!
