The new calculator app in Sequoia (I have v15.1) is too small and cannot be resized. In fact, I'd say it is COMICALLY too small; it's minuscule! It's like someone decided to virtualize a calculator watch!
Some of us would like a calculator that's bigger than a kumquat, even with display scaling set to a reasonable, "I am not blind and in need of 2 inch font" level. Please enable resizing.

Meanwhile, many people recommend PCalc. It's not free but is apparently excellent.

Well, I posted the screen shot to show the relative sizes between the old calculator and the new. What you view it on doesn't change the relative sizes.
In any case, here's a screen shot on an M1 MacBook Air @ 1680 x 1050. Which btw, I normally use the default.

Are you looking at it on a small high res monitor at max resolution by any chance? Mine is a perfect size on 16" Mac Book Pro, smaller on 4K 27" at 3840 x 2160 and a bit too small on a 16" 1600 x 1000 display.
Yes I saw. I thought you were making the point that the new one's just a little smaller than the old, as opposed to 'comically' small.
Of course screen res / physical size does not change the relative size, but it certainly changes the absolute, and can easily cross a threshold of acceptability on a smaller /higher res monitor - hence my question to OP :-)

I accidentally replied to you under dialabrain's screen grab, so I don't know if you get alerted. I wouldn't want a kumquat-sized calculator either, but mine's a decent size. Take a look - may be relevant to you.
