Hi,
I have recently installed PG Admin 4 onto my laptop. When trying to open it, it comes up with the following error message.
_LSOpenURLsWithCompletionHandler() failed with error -54. (1)
Any help on fixing this would be appreciated.

Without knowing what model of Mac you have and what version of macOS its running, it's pretty difficult to know what to suggest. But you'll probably have the most luck finding help in the pgAdmin archives or on that project's mail list:

macOS 15.x requires pgAdmin 4 v8.13. So my guess is that the version bundled with PostgreSQL is too old for your system. Whether the rest of PostgreSQL is compatible I can't determine.

Version 17.0 - using the EDB installer https://www.enterprisedb.com/downloads/postgres-postgresql-downloads
I recently downloaded 17.0 via the EDB on a 2015 Macbook Air on Monterey 12.7.6 with no issues
