Blank pages in Apple Books for ebook created in Sigil

I created an ebook in Sigil, it seems to view perfectly fine on Kindle and Ingramspark.

However, when I upload to Apple books there are random blank pages and odd spacing.

Anyone have an idea that might cause this?
