Live Text doen't work on my laptop

Previously I used Macbook Air on M1 and easily copied Russian text from photos

now I am using Macbook on M2 and it doesn't work anymore. I have read that Live Text is available for Cantonese,Chinese, English, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, and Spanish, but it works with Russian and Kazakh on my previous device and on my iphone

is there anything that I can do to change it? Why doesn't it work on my new laptop?
