How to change the user but leave all the apps to sell a MBP?

I'd like to change the username to 'user' and set a simple password like 'zzzz'. Additionally, I want to move away from iCloud and sell the Intel MacBook Pro, so the new owner can activate his. How should I go about doing this?

This MacBook Pro has a fully activated version of Microsoft Office 2021, which could be a strong selling point.

You must do this before selling the computer. If you do not do this the new owner will not be able to fully use the computer.

I understand that, but I want the new user to have the fully activated Microsoft Office. I can't transfer it to my new M4 Mac mini, so I'd like someone else to benefit from it. By the way, I acquired that MacBook Pro in the same way, with the Microsoft Office included. I'm trying to find out how to do that, or how I activated mine. There wasn't any iCloud activation when I received it.

The license transfers with the device, that is, if I don't know the original activation details. Microsoft won't be able to assist me with that either; I've already inquired with them.

From what I can find, the license does NOT transfer with the device:
