I just received my iwatch 10 (OS 11.1) and as much as I love my new iwatch, I am surprised that it will not work independently, where it can pair with my vehicle's handsfree bluetooth system (uconnect) and also that emails cannot be forwarded (only replied to)....Is anyone else out there experiencing this? Any tricks/fixes for this?

As far as I know, you can't pair the watch to the car. You'd need to pair your phone to the car.
In order to send or receive email if the phone is not nearby, you need to be able to connect the watch to either WiFi or cellular.
