Safari can't open the page becaus it couldn't connect to the server

Got problems to open certain apps here in Spain. E.g.EYEPOOLS. Some apps would open - this one opens once and then won't open anymore - showing the above error message. This is quite annoying. Does anyone else experience the same? I would be most obliged if somebody knew and shared a cure for this. Thanks very much.
