iPhone 11 Apple account verification failure and unknown error

I’m currently on an iPhone 11. I’ve don everything possible to fix this but it won’t work. It keeps saying verification failed an unknown error occurred. I’ve hard restarted it, reset network setting, reset all settings and it still won’t work. I’ve requested to change my password and it says it’s locked and I should request access and it’s one week now I’ve not been granted access to the account. At this point I’m completely frustrated and tired because I can’t even use my phone properly because it keeps popping up and requesting my password and when I input the password it says same thing again and again. I can’t even sign out too. I had to make a new Apple ID on chrome and that’s what I’m using to make this post. I live in Nigeria, I can’t call Apple support as it’s not available to Nigerians. Please help.
