How do I convert and save a Numbers spreadsheet as values only?

I'd like to keep the resultant values in a Numbers spreadsheet only as values. Many of the underlying formulae use information from other supporting spreadsheets. Essentially, I don't want the formulae to work in this one spreadsheet as I plan to save it as a static spreadsheet with values only. I don't want this spreadsheet to change when the values in other supporting spreadsheets are changed. I know this is easily done with Excel, but I am at a loss with Numbers. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
