browser pops up after downloading things

Hi, i got problem

Basically every time when i download something, doesn't matter if this is PDF xlsx or jpeg the default browser pops up. For example friend send me file in .xlsx on discord and my browser automatically pops up with arrow of downloaded files. Can i disable it, or just change to open Finder instead of browser. The problem occurs on every browser that is set as default i checked Opera GX, Safari, Chrome and Edge. I've tried to uncheck the Open "Save" files after download.

PLS HELP
