Sharing files and having it update on both ends (computers)

Hi,

I have a Numbers document that I do my fiances on. I also have a folder with all my invoices (Pages Documents) for my business . I own 3 computers (all Macs) and I want to be able to open the Numbers document, make changes and have it update on all 3 computers. Also, after I enter an invoice into Numbers I move that invoice to a sub-folder so I know it has been paid. I would like this movement (from one folder to the "paid" folder) to happen on all 3 devices.

What is the best way to do this?

Thanks!!

Thanks, that makes sense. I will make sure to empty my Mac Pro's Documents folder so that I don't have a bunch of duplicates/outdated stuff.

Two more quick questions. Is there a way to create a secondary documents folder that isn't shared between the computers? I seem to have a lot of documents that are auto generated by applications (105 gigs! Wow) and I don't really need them on all my systems.

Also, is this documents folder accessible on my IPad?

Again I appreciate your time with this!
