Thank you for the screenshot.

Getting Mail to Work:

A. Start Here: If you can’t Send eMail on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

B. Hav the Correct Mail Server Settings:

Contact the site. You need to correct mail protocols to be used for incoming and outgoing mailboxes.

C. Remove, then Add the Account:

Remove your eMail account(s) from your iPhone. Once removed, add the eMail account(s) back. It's worth a go.

Thank you for the screenshot.

A. App Password:

See if you need to use an App Password for this. If you are already using one, then use another.

B. Disable VPN Connections:

Are you connected to a VPN? If so, disable it, and then tht this, once more.

C. Use WiFi:

Disable cellular, and use WiFi, instead. Data services may be an issue here.
