Unable to download updated sound library on Logic

This message came up...............Logic Pro was not able to complete the download. Check your Internet connection and try downloading again.

I think I accidentally didn't select a permission setting for this.

My internet is connected (wired and WI-FI) so I don't understand why I can't complete the process.

please help
