Wasted 15 mins (below my daily average) trying to figure out how to change a simple timer sound...
After 10 yrs using iphones with there now hideous System Preferences it just gets worse every update.

I want to change the timer sound...
Why can't I find it by searching for something simple like "Clocks" (doesn't exist if you use that as a search term) or "Sounds" in the Sys Preferences? I found a way to change an individual alarm sound within Clocks, but of course there isn't a menu like that it the Timer section, at least not one I can find and I've already wasted 30 mins of my day trying to do this "simple task."
It's like Apple designers have lost all consistency and logic in the car crash that is now the very unintuitive Sys Prefs. Like they just make random decision where to place things/functions/settings...
Since my "ever reliable OS Sonoma" has messed up all the Time Machine backups, and in this case why I am here: the library/app support/mobile sync files for my old iphone -- which not even the engineers have been able to recover, I am wasting hours trying to set up my new iphone like i had it.
