my adobe product cannot open

when I try to open /Illustrator/Phototshop or any other app included in my subscription.

A note appear "Your subscription status cannot be confirmed" But logging in at Adobe.com it is valid.

This problem appeared yesterday (Nov 19, 2024). Before yesterday everything was working as it should. on my Mac Studio.
