Siri not responding to 'Hey Siri' or 'Siri' on iPhone
Why does my siri no longer respond to “ hey siri or siri” I have not changed anything in my setting.
now she only responds to “ open siri” is it happening to everyone?

Have you tried to reset Siri?
A similar issue happened to an acquaintance not long ago. Siri was set up again and afterwards worked normally.

Note that the instructions presumes that you have a recent iPhone with Apple Intelligence. The linked document says: Tap Apple Intelligence & Siri > Talk & Type to Siri, or Siri > Talk & Type to Siri.
