Wrong time for calender events from countries without daylight saving time

Dear all,

I have an issue with the Calendar on MacOS displaying event invitations from Singapore, which does not switch to daylight saving time. All invitations are shown one hour later, although I have the time zone support turned on in the settings. I think there is some bug since the same events are displayed correctly on my iPhone and Exchange server. Or do I miss something?
