Apple watch series 10 Apps missing and/or not working

Hey guys. My wife just bought a new Apple Watch 10 yesterday, everything seems to be working fine so we went home. After opening some apps, like wallet and ECG, they won’t open. Also the main concern being Cycle Tracking app is installed but NOT showing up on the list of apps.


Opened the built in Apps Store in the watch and looked for Cycle Tracking, theres no download button, only an OPEN button confirming that the app is installed but not showing. When we click OPEN from the app store, nothing happens. Also on the Watch App in her iPhone, the settings for Cycle Tracking is showing up but the app icon is mow showing up on the Arrange App View Grid View settings.


Also did a hard reset and set up as a new watch, did not reset and use backup so it is all default setting but its the same result. Both Apple Watch 10 and iPhone 14 Pro Max OS versions are up to date.


Any ideas for a solution guys?


Update: paired the watch on a different iphone and it installed all the apps and were all working - Except for news app on the watch it is stuck to installing. However when we checked on iphone, news app is not available in our region (Philippines) so why was installing on the apple watch? Paired the app again on the owner’s iphone and set up as new watch, the same apps that were un available were missing or now showing up on the apps view again.
