Contacts don’t have an option for son or daughter

The contacts app on my iPhone 16, updated, does not allow the association of a son or daughter, only manager, assistant, or spouse. I’m sure that in other iPhones it had plenty more choices. Maybe because of that, Siri can’t remember who my son or daughter are. How can I bring back those options?

I think I got it: this is because I'm using contacts from my Outlook account, not iPhone. Looking at contacts stored on the iPhone, I do get these options. Looking at Outlook, I can indeed see that it does not allow other kinds of relationships.

Any way you can think around this? Maybe create a contact on the iPhone and link the two together?
