I rented “Barbie as the island princess” for the nostalgia and started playing it in spanish and the singing voices are different than the original speaking voices? kind of ruined my movie, why did they change it? the speaking voices remain the same but only the singing voices where changed

Apple didn't change anything. You would need to contact the Distributer (Universal Pictures), as they are solely responsible for any version of the movies they provide to be made available to a streaming service. Apple does not own the movie and has no rights in making any changes to it.
